A different kind of builder.
Be Construction Management is a residential builder based in Boca Raton, serving all of South Florida. We build custom homes ground-up and high-end renovations with a design-integrated approach and a highly personal, detail-driven process from concept through warranty.
The studio
We started BCM because we believed there was a quieter way to build — one that listens before it draws, that talks about material before it talks about price, and that holds itself to the standards of the architect and interior designer it works alongside.
The result is longer relationships and homes that age with grace. We work as the general contractor, but we behave as a member of the design team from the first conversation.
How we work
Three principles, kept simple.
Transparent
Open-book budgets, weekly site walkthroughs, monthly written reporting. You see what we see — including the parts that are uncomfortable.
Built to endure
We choose materials and assemblies that will survive the Florida climate and the decades to follow — not the showroom version, the worked-in version.
